Besides the interchange of Committee email correspondence, and both formal and informal meetings, events throughout the year mainly consist of attending Heritage Railway Galas or having the occasional public meeting. Details of significant ones are posted here:
Project 22 Management Review
Meeting, and Open Meeting
We had a weekend gathering with similar, but different, meetings over two days at The Cab Yard, Horsefair Road, Waterton Industrial Estate, Bridgend CF31 3YN, from 10.30 until 4.00 at The Cab Yard. There was no restriction on who could attend each meeting.
The objective was to inform members and Investors of progress and discuss our ongoing plans. We discussed how we were going to build our Class 22 locomotive, and had a number of original Class 22 cab components on display as well as a a large collection of drawings and NBL manuals.
These meetings were open to any one who would like to know more about the project and becoming involved. There was also be an opportunity to look around The Cab Yard.
